We’re excited to introduce NICHU’s new season profit-sharing collaboration plan. Here’s how it works: for the first two days after your post, you’ll receive a 40% profit share, and for days three through fourteen, a 20% share. As part of this collaboration, you’ll receive a set from the “Void Reverie” collection (Hoodie & Pants), and you can choose your preferred color. The theme is all about capturing moments of your fall and winter daily life, whether it’s light exercise, leisure, or work. The project includes one main post and two story posts (at minimum, though you’re welcome to use additional channels). There’s no need for pre-approval, and the collaboration guidelines are simple. The target posting dates are between October 25 and November 24. More details are provided below.

Main Post:

At least six photos, with no composition restrictions.
Captions can be casual and follow your usual style.
Please mention and tag the brand account (@nichu_studio).
We’d love to hear a simple description of how the clothing feels.
Photos will be provided to the brand for official use.
No need for pre-approval; you can schedule the post on your own.
The post should remain live for at least three months; after that, you can hide or delete it.

Stories:

The photos can be the same as those used in the post.
At least three story frames.
Include a link (to the website) in the stories. The link will be provided after October 15.

Profit Sharing Details

Profit sharing is based on the “actual total transaction amount” of completed orders on our website (excluding shipping costs), and a percentage of this will be given as your promotional reward.
For the first two days after posting, you’ll receive 40% of the profits, and for days three to fourteen, 20%. Day 15 is the settlement day.
The profit sharing is linked to the system through an official link that will be tested before the post.
You’ll be able to track your order status through the system and set your own password via email.
A reconciliation report will be provided within 14 days after the collaboration ends, and payment will be made within 14 days after the reconciliation is completed, transferred to your designated account.
A receipt or invoice will be needed to process the promotional fee.
The brand will provide customer service before and after sales.
We can provide a written contract to ensure protection for both parties.
